27.07.2006 - Best Venues of Australia is now in the final process of testing/evaluation before the final application is sent out live on the World Wide Web. de Groots Media invision that the website will be the premier website in Australia for people wishing to arrange functions such as weddings, school formals, Christmas parties, product launches and much much more. KPL Solutions has worked long and hard to deliver the project in a limited amount of time due to our professional dedication and committment to get the job done. The web development team deserve a big shout out for getting the web application built this quickly.

Also a quick shout out to the SEO team, the term gift certificates now nets Perfect Gift Certifcates the number 2 position on Google for Australian searches. Well done guys... Keep up the good work.

07.07.2006 - KPL Solutions in conjunction with Random Blowup have been given the assignment of developing a new web application called Best Venues of Australia for de Groots Media. The main purpose of the web application is to allow users to organise and arrange venues for different purposes such as Wedding receptions, product launches, school formals and much much more. The site will be developed using the latest technology in ASP.NET 2.0, so this will be a great challenge for KPL Solutions. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) will also be prominent as we want to build the site with such optimisation to ensure that it ranks well in all search engines. KPL Solutions will be responsible for the Web Development, SEO, Database, Accessibility, Testing and maintenance while Random Blowup will be responsible for the design of the website. 26.05.2006 - After much Search engine optimisation work over the last month or so, Perfect Gift Certificates had finally appeared on the first page on Google for the keyword "gift certificates". However in saying that it disappeared of the first page the following day. We think the Google search database is currently performing it's monthly update and then Perfect Gift Certificates will re-appear back on the first page shortly. This is an interesting topic of discussion and we will keep you posted on the outcome.

15.05.2006 - de Groots Media's website Best Restaurants has now been migrated to a load balancer server. Best Restaurants is a heavily hit site generating thousands of traffic per day. With the load balancer in place, this can help ease the server load and make the website perform much more reliable for a longer period of time. Although there were some initial hiccups, in the long run this will be a very beneficial move for both de Groots Media and users of the Best Restaurants website.

05.05.2006 - KPL Solutions have been given the task to re-develop the Blackstump's entire website. Blackstump as you may already know are a high quality steak restaurant with many stores dotted around Sydney.

KPL Solutions have been given free reign to redevelop and design the site to make it more professional and appealing to users. The aim of the site is to fit the Blackstump's current reputation and to help boost the Blackstump brand among the public. It is hoped that the site will help increase customers at the restaurant as well. This should be an exciting project and we will keep you all up to date.
